Uncasville, CT: In Combat sports, there are those fights that were good, had a very interesting outcome, or just want to see it happen again and that is what we had on Friday night at Bellator 245 as Phil Davis took on Lyoto Machida in a light heavyweight main event from Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.
Phil Davis & Machida are both former Bellator champions, Davis is from Harrisburgh PA & a former Penn State Wrestling champion while Machida is a former world champion.
The first time that Phil Davis took on Lyoto Machida was at UFC 163 and Davis would win the fight by decision.
In the first round, both guys would take the round to figure each other out and make their attempt to land some shots but in round 2, Davis would make an impact with big right hand that would rock Machida

Both guys would get big shots in the final round and this fight would head to the judges just like in the first fight
