Fan Controlled Football To Announce Fan Buy-In Ability

News broke today that Fan Controlled Football would be giving fans yet another way to control the game. As first reported by Forbes, The FCF has opened up the option of a “buy-in” with each of it’s four teams. The Beasts, Glacier Boyz, Wild Aces and Zappers can all be part-owned by their fans. The cost to become part owner starts at $150.00. The partnership is with the private investment firm, Republic. Republic has generated over $200 Million in funds for startups to date.

This is yet another development in a long list of exciting sponsors, partnerships and other opportunities. The league has already announced a pairing with Progressive Insurance, one of the nations leading insurance companies. Other deals include: Chatalyze, a fan engagement app, Ambidio, an enhanced audio app, and, EarBuds, a socially interactive music app. These apps and more will give fans complete access to all aspects of the game in real time, as the action happens out on the field.

The brand new, startup football league will begin it’s inaugural season on February 13th, with all games being live-streamed on the popular streaming app Twitch. All games will take place at the Infinite Energy Center in Duluth, Georgia. Games will be held on Saturday evenings, at 8:00 P.M. and 9:30 P.M. throughout the season.
