FCF Draft – Week 2 Results

Coming off the heels of an exciting first week of Fan Controlled Football, fans were back to work Wednesday night. Week One saw the Wild Aces and Beasts pick up wins, while the Glacier Boyz and Zappers fell to 0-1. The MAN UP! Challenge took place ahead of the player draft. In this weeks challenge, Logan Marchi, KaVontae Turpin and Kyle Kitchens came away victorious. Each player would earn a Power Up that would be sent with that payer to whichever team they were drafted to.

Preceding the draft were the announcements of the four franchise tagged players for Week 2. The Beasts tagged quarterback Quinton Flowers, as they were the only team not to tag a QB in Week One. Flowers played lights out in the opener as he accounted for 4 touchdowns for the Beasts. Andrew Jamiel was also tagged by his Week One team in the Glacier Boyz. Jamiel ran roughshod all over the defense on his way to a two touchdown performance. The Wild Aces would wind up tagging Superback LaDarius Galloway. Galloway hauled in a great TD catch while playing for the Beasts in Week One. Rounding out the tags, the Zappers took versatile Superback Anthony Jones.

NOTE: Offensive Line / Tight End and Defensive Line units were drafted twice, and each unit plays in both games each week.
